Apply 1#N/1000sf complete fertilizer to groundcover & shrub beds
   in spring:

implement an IPM monitoring program:

provide least-toxic treatments for insect and 
disease problems of shrubs and tree's up to 12' working height:

Treework over 12' working height,
 per NAA class II, III & IV, and ANSI-300 part I general guidance:

Parking lot and service area cleanup:
