TYPICAL SCOPE OF WORK - ANNUAL GROUNDS MAINTAINANCE
 BASIC PROVIDED SERVICES

THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A LEGAL DOCUMENT

Notes: 
 Limited Common Area's (enclosed private area's) are excluded

"Greenstake Areas" are excluded
"greenstakes area's" are open common area's marked with a green stake.

Routine parking lot and service area cleanup is excluded

Slight changes in the greenstake area's will not alter contracted price.

Normal Lawn maintenance
  Mulch grass clippings

  Lawns mowed,edged, and trimmed approximately as follows:
  (clippings will be mulched - visible clippings will be removed)


Designated High-Maintenance Lawns 
    January -  1 time
    March through October  -  weekly
    November - 1 time

Regular maintenance Lawns 
     March  -  biweekly
     April through June  -  weekly
     July through October  -  biweekly
     November  - 1 time

Beds 
  Police beds each visit
  Rake beds at least monthly
  Cultivate beds as needed
  Herbicide use shall be limited to systemic spot treatments.  No other use allowed.
  Keep ground cover edged and away from structures, shrubs, trees, & fences
  Keep plantings separated from each other
  Woody groundcovers to be trimmed semi-annually
  Maintain generally well kept appearance

Woody Plants
  Prune up to 10' working height, in accordance to NAA standards

  Prune to enhance health of plants, maintain size control,
    and to remove dead, diseased or crossing branches

  Hedge-trim plants suitable as hedges
  Keep plants separated and away from structures and fences
  prune to remove pedestrian and vehicle traffic obstructions
  Maintain a generally well kept appearance

Special leaf cleanup (late-October thru mid-December)

  Conduct weekly cleanups from turf areas and hardscapes 
    (except excluded area's as noted)

  Leaves may be used to mulch beds through March
   ( unless deemed unsightly by owner)

Hardscapes & Debris 
  clear hardscapes  of accumulated yard debris each visit
    (except excluded area's as noted)

  Promptly remove all yard debris related to contracted work
     from property
